STEPS

• You will be able to make 8 coookies from this recipe
• Place 300g dry mix into a mixing bowl, blend in the 36ml of water using a beater on slow speed for 1 minute until a dough is formed
• Scrape down and mix for a further 1 minute on medium speed. (At this stage fruit, chocolate chips etc. can be added) mix for a further 30 seconds
• To portion, shape dough into a roll 2" thick, wrap in cling film then chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. *The dough can be storesd in the frisge overnight and used next day. This dough can also be frozen for up to a week, defrosted and then used,
• Cut the roll into slices and place on a baking tray that has been greased or use silicon/greaseproof paper. Allow plenty of room for the cookies to spread
• Bake at 190℃/ 375℉/ Gas Mark 5 for approximately 6-8 minutes for chewy cookies/ 10-12 for crisp cookies. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
