STEPS

• Take dough ball from fridge, remove cling film and allow to rest at room temperature (approx. 45 mins)
• Preheat oven to 220°C / 435°F - Gas mark 7
• Sprinkle flour onto your work surface
• Using your hands or a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a circular shape of around seven inches in diameter, alternatively be creative and make any shape you like
• Oil pizza pan/oven tray, so the dough doesn’t stick, and then place dough into the tray
• Pour Pepe’s Secret Tomato Sauce into the centre of the dough then spread out evenly
• Sprinkle over mozzarella & any other toppings you have chosen
• Place in the oven, keep an eye on things and remove when it looks perfect (this usually takes approximately 15 minutes)
• Enjoy your delicious pizza
